SASH Mats are used to help as a guide for TPN/ other medication administration for central lines.

Some infusion companies will send over their own company-made SASH Mat. I had made my own custom mat a couple years ago based off of a SASH Mat I received from Coram.

Please feel free to download this SASH Mat for your own use.

PRINTING SUGGESTIONS:

  • I use Staples and put in “simple print”

  • Upload the pdf (combine the PDFs below if you’d like to have them be double sided)

  • I use the Ledger size 11”x17”

  • #28 Standard White

  • Color Ink

  • Lamination 5 Mil.

  • Special Instructions: Please trim the excess white border on the left and right side of the document prior to laminating.

*When you put in the special instructions to trim the border, there is no need to resize the document at all. When you receive the completed print, I just fold the lamination in half myself.
