Restaurant Cards can be used for those who have medical conditions which may not allow them to eat full portions, or anything at all. They can be handed to the waiter and can give the information to them in place of you having to explain it to everyone everywhere you go.

I made these restaurant cards as I was never able to find any that signified someone who can’t eat at all.

Online, you can find restaurant cards detailing smaller portions at sites such as the Oley Foundation and PINNT.

Please feel free to download these Restaurant Cards (they’re available double sided in English and Spanish).

PRINTING SUGGESTIONS:

  • You can upload this into Canva.com and print multiple cards via cardstock.

  • You can upload this into Staples and print out the cards via a paper you choose.

  • You can put this document into a Word document and use the ‘business card template’ and print and cut them out yourself.
